Q. How has Coronavirus affected shipping times?
A. While we remain fully operational, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a substantial strain on the global post system, which has resulted in significant shipping delays. In light of this, we are temporarily extending our delivery timeframe to 40 working days, before we will process a non-delivery claim. Although most orders are arriving in 3 weeks. We are currently shipping by registered air mail (signature required), we hope to have end-to-end tracking available again soon.
Q. Shipping to China
A. We kindly ask that you limit your orders to no more than 8 boxes/$5,000 at a time, we simply cannot manage with the large orders coming in. Furthermore customs has been returning orders that are determined to be over personal use quota, and these are subject to a $55 restocking fee. Please only order what is allowed in your jurisdiction. Thank you!

A. We are able to process Visa and Unionpay.

A. Yes our prices are in US Dollars.

A. Yes, all our prices are inclusive of shipping.
Q. Do you guarantee delivery?
A. Yes we guarantee delivery.
Q. What is your Refund / Reship Policy ?
A. A package is considered lost after 24 working days. (Mon - Fri) At that point we will refund or reship at our discretion. As a rule of thumb 24 working is approx 1 month, that is to say if we ship on the 5th of April we will reship on 5th of May. If a package is shipped with tracking, it will be considered lost 24 working days after the most recent tracking update.
Refund policy does not cover packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses, or items which are mis-delivered or stolen after delivery. Please double check your information before placing your order.
We do not accept any claims for refunds or returns after 120 days.
Q. Who is reponsible for paying any import duties?
A. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you investigate your local regulations and charges before completing an order.
Q. Are your cigars authentic?
A. Yes. All our cigars have been purchased from authorized Habanos distributors and are guaranteed to be authentic
Q. Do you open your boxes prior to shipping?
A. We normally ship boxes sealed. (There is the occasional open box this is because our distributor opens a few boxes on receipt of his deliveries)
Q. Can I be sure that it is safe to use our credit card on your site?
A. We treat your details with the stictest confidence. Our payment gateway uses the industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.
Q. Are you authorised distributors of the products you sell?
A. No we are not authorised distributors of the products we sell on iHavanas. We are a grey market retailer who buy from parallel suppliers. What does Grey market mean? It means we sell genuine products, outside of the territory they were destined for. This allows us to offer you 100% authentic cigars at considerably lower prices.
Q. What is the return fee for a package?
A. If your package is returned to us for any customs duties* related reason eg. failure to pay customs duties, exceeding personal use quota etc. it will be subject to a $55 restocking fee. There is no exceptions to this.
